If you want to alkalise put a quarter of a teaspoon of bi-carb into half a pint of water and drink three times a day on an empty stomach. This will raise ph levels and give you energy. It's the best kept secret in the world of athletics, it prevents lactic acid build up and so increases endurance.
Pretty decent advice going forward.
Alternative to bicarbonate of soda, Andrews liver salts, not only good for you but is nice refreshing drink.
Try for 3 days and give us an update :thumbup:

My mum always had a tin of Andrews in the house, when I was a kid I had no idea what it was but I would still add it to my drinks to make them fizzy :hehe:
