There is a street off Sloper Road running next the stadium and House of Sport that is named after Phil Dwyer. It used to be called Clos Parc Morgannwg (still is on Google Maps), but was renamed after Phil late last year. I think it's now called Clos Phil Dwyer. If it does happen, then it very much is it's own process which answers the question of whether that person is worthy of recognition or not. Literally the people decide, not any one gatekeeper, of the present, future or past.
2. No one is guaranteed work and a wage in their lifetime and Sol was an employee. However I'm pretty sure during his playing time here, he would regularly impress on everyone just how fallen in love with the club he was, and how he wanted his future to be here, with us, among our charges season upon season. We saw him and Sabri stretch every sinew, keep us up and at the end of it, Cardiff City announced all the very best to Sol we will be going our seperate ways. I can't define what is recognition worthy to me in all contexts of life, but I do feel that Sol's presence at our club should be celebrated as the special thing it was - from Div 4 here we were in the Prem with a squad and Gaffer that really had a good go at showing Cardiff was capable of homing a PL team with former PSG youngsters clearly of top level proud and happy to be here.

Martin Lewis, Rob Brydon, Neil Kinnock and Dr. Alice roberts?
