Do we have options for extensions on any of these contracts ?
I’m thinking specifically at the younger ones, Etete ( who is rumoured to be interesting Huddersfield with a loan move) and Davies.
It’d be just our luck after both have been injured for ages that they come good after Xmas then walk away on frees !

One would hope that those in charge will not offer these two on a free. If they had to be offloaded in January then loans would be sensible.

Kion Etete came to the club from a higher level than Ollie Tanner and has the potential to prosper in the 3rd tier whether it is at Huddersfield or for us should the unthinkable happen.

Same for Isaac Davies, Kieoron Evans and Joel Colwill.

After watching Ebou Adams flourish at FGR and then at Derby, I do wonder whether the decisions to let younger players go elsewhere are well thought out.

I cannot understand why a director of football has not been appointed.

Only renew O'Dowda & Alnwick for me .The rest is are rubbish and overpaid especially Kanga is that a typo surely he can't be on 4 million .4,000 would be overpaying wow.

Completely agree, if we go down he would likely end up being a guaranteed starter and stay up he is a more than competent utility player.

FWIW its worth the figures next to the players name are not how much theyre paid, it's their value according to Transfermarkt. Whoever thinks Kanga is worth £4 million must be hitting the Ket harder than Elon.
