What a moment for Fishlock and the entire team. Shame VAR was involved, looked offside in real time to be fair.
I thought it was off but the still just shown confims onside, delighted for Fishlock, a great end to her career if she calls it a day after the tournament.Quote:

We are pretty awful to be fair and out of our depth at this tournament .
A learning curve, hopefully this exposure will encourage more girls to take up football..
A chastening experience for the ladies but what an experience. This can only be good for the game in Wales.
As long as they take more from it than it was just nice to be there then it should do good for women's football in Wales. These heavy defeats won't help those watching too much but hopefully the journey there has already done that.
