I certainly would want something done to people who selfishly refused to be vaccinated unless they had a medical condition
Forced labour in siberia , punishment beating , medical experiments , paying for NHS treatment if they did catch covid
The possibilities are endless
You clearly hang around with a lot of people who share your right wing leaning views which is fine but it's not my thing

Come on now TWG , you have to admit there's a lot of angry daily mail types out there that are getting stressed out by thunberg , pansexuality , blokes walking around in dresses with hairy armpits

I don’t think anyone’s stressed out about her or the other things that you are suggesting. But a different perspective is needed from time to time.
The response was pathetic

Ooh get you, yeah I’m out there on my front step at eight o clock every Thursday clapping the NHS :hehe:.
At least though you can find out when I’ve been wrong down the years on here because everything I have posted has been under the same name, I’ve got nothing to hide.
To return to clapping the NHS staff, it says something about you that you think people who were doing that four years ago should now be mocked - I’m glad I’m not you. Did you feel the same way back in 2020?

Mocked for following government propaganda, each to their own.

I think eurovision is rubbish , talentless rubbish
Even the metal acts they have on are hopeless
But I don't think that the presence of lots of gay men waving flags or blokes in drag singing Kylie Minogue nonsense is the end of the world
It's just daft and people seem to tune in to laugh at the show
I just stick on some slayer or sabbath
But the right wingers of this world really seem to have real aggression about it all and also other such stuff they label as WOKE !
If you don't think there seems to a be a middle aged right wing following then we are going to have to disagree
In the old days the wise used to say England wasn't in danger of destruction just because the cricket team lost to 11 brown men from the west indies or Pakistan
And whilst sometimes it's understandable that some people might be miffed about blokes in make up and women's clothes singing crap songs at the eurovision or a young woman from Scandinavia going on and on about climate change or other issues it really isn't the end of the world

Likewise. Imagine falling for it all :hehe:

Don’t be pathetic :hehe:

You are re-writing history. The government jumped on the ‘clap the NHS workers’ bandwagon long after it had started. And from what I saw most health (and other essential) workers appreciated a gesture of support and solidarity - even if they wanted a pay rise more than a clap!

Wasn't it a public social media initiative based around what had been happening in Italy and other parts of Europe?

Propaganda, otherwise the NHS would be in a better place now, not worse with doctors and nurses pleading for pay rises and 6/7 million on waiting lists.

I reckon that was probably because the government and its advisors wanted people to stay home, protect the NHS and save lives.

You mean the behaviour scientists , you know the ones who wanted to scare the pants off the population?
Otherwise we wouldn’t have 6/7m on waiting lists right ?

Yeah, those rotters were involved. It was all a plot, I'm telling you. Like transfer deadline day, only Sky News were in on it instead of Sky Sports. Or something.

I wouldn’t expect you to question anything unless it was against Tan anyway , there is no need to get upset because you have missed out on the odd ice cream.

What are we questioning? I'm not sure. But I love a good question, me.

Conspiracy theorists is so 2020 , have you got anymore as most I’ve heard have turned out to have been true.
I realise that with the average age of the regular posters ( about 30 judging by the Bulut poll) is closer to retirement so it’s always going to be a hard gig at times on this particular platform.
I bet you tuned into this guy

I'd say that it's the other way. The older people get the more cynical they become. Therefore finding reasons to reinforce their own prejudices. Obviously an anecdotal theory.

I can see Bob's point. I reckon most people who think she's a waste of time are likely to align with the likes of Nigel Farage, British First types.

Is that because, hopefully we have a little more knowledge and question things more?
That means I am not buying into everything the establishment serves us up and get disappointed when I feel someone (establishment) is trying to coerce me into believing something they want me to that probably isn't true, for their own ends.
I clapped for the NHS .
A personal situation happening at the time stopped me clapping.
