Sadly Jills looks have deteriorated somewhat at 81, added to her Alzheimer's , she probably wont be there for a cup game.

More chance of her being there than Sandy. He died in 1981.

And nothing was mentioned, it just carried on as if he didn’t exist beforehand.

True. However, in the final episode Meg mentioned his death.

Will there be a surprise appearance by Miss Diane?

Re: 5th round draw - ASTON VILLA away
There's about 15 tickets left in rows F an G block T
Available to members, season ticket holders etc

Re: 5th round draw - ASTON VILLA away
The club have been releasing 30 seats at a time for the past few days and not telling anyone there's more on sale.
You wouldn't be mad to think they're intentionally trying to reduce the amount of travelling fans. Bizarre stuff.

Re: 5th round draw - ASTON VILLA away
Interesting talking to former colleagues / Villa fans today. There take is it’s Villas best chance of a trophy this season and they should put out their strongest side. I thought it would be their 3rd priority but that wasn’t their take.

Why would he love to stop our fans travelling?

They’re tenth in the betting for the Champions League, but third favourites for the FA Cup. I think the top five in the Premier League will qualify for next season’s Champions League. That looks a tall order for Villa, so the guys you’ve spoken to are talking sense. I’ll be surprised if the club sees it the same way though.

He wouldn't, some people are obsessed with Wayne Nash on this board

Some people on this board are “obsessed” with our abysmal attendances, photos on ST’s (for £15), having to buy memberships to buy away tickets, not being able to transfer ST’s, sniffer dogs, bubble trips, pyro amnesty bins, an ‘open jacket’ policy, road closures after games, and over zealous stewards (100’s of them), some actually wearing football boots.

Someone was asking why the club has not advertised the fact that there are still tickets available for the Aston Villa game on Friday….I merely suggested a possible reason for that.

Why do think that may be a reason?

Lots to unpack here:
What's so awful about pyro amnesty bins?
I don't think I ever see sniffer dogs, certainly never been bothered by one. Seen them at plenty of away games though, at stadiums not run by Wayne Nash.
I don't care about the open jacket policy, it takes 2 seconds.
Having to pay for photos on ST is annoying I agree.
Bubble trips and road closures are SWP decisions not Wayne Nash surely?
I have a season ticket and can transfer individual matches to my friends easily when I can't make it to games.
There are not 100's of over zealous stewards stop being so dramatic.
The fact you put all this at WN's door kinda confirms that yes you are obsessed with him. Saw someone compare CCS to North Korea because of him earlier, some of you are nuts :hehe:

None of these are needed, and none are inflicted on any other club in the UK.
I noted you never addressed the abysmal home crowds….what do you put that down to?
Surely, a Capital City…with an urban catchment area of almost a Million, should be getting better attendances than we do?
-
Re: 5th round draw - ASTON VILLA away
I just pointed out, that promoting a grass cutter to ‘stadium manager’, might save a few bob, but in reality has only highlighted how far out of his depth this guy is.
-
Re: 5th round draw - ASTON VILLA away
You also never fully explained why the club hasn’t advertised ….that we still have tickets left for Friday….why’s that then?
-

The bubble trips are arranged via the club….not sure any other clubs have to put up with it?….certainly not much bigger London clubs.
The ‘open jacket policy’ has never identified any misdemeanours, and is not enforced in any stadia….or arena, I’ve ever visited anywhere in the World….why have it at CCS?

Have you ever put any of your questions to the club, via the trust or the FAB?
Or do you just repeat them frequently on here?

We're very unlikely to get anything off Burnley, why completely sacrifice the chance of an FA Cup quarter final for that?
There's ~6k fans going up on a Friday night at one of England's historic football grounds to be a game from Wembley, aren't games like that the point of following football?

The fact that we're down the bottom of the table and have played shit football for most of the past few years.
If we went up and sold out regularly would that be because Wayne Nash is doing a great job then?

No idea, feels like we should be doing better on that. Doesn't take away how over the top most of the rest of what you've said is.

The only bubble trip we have is Swansea and the club have tried to have restrictions removed but Swansea and the police refused:
"Keith Morgan, who chairs the Cardiff City supporters' trust, told us the issue has been a topic of discussion at supporter liaison meetings. "It was brought up that Cardiff fans don't like bubble trips because they are such a pain and inconvenience for everyone," said Mr Morgan. "Cardiff tried asking Swansea to remove them for this season, and both the police in Swansea and Swansea as a club wouldn't lift the restrictions. Cardiff feel, rightly in my view, that a bubble isn't needed and they can cope with the small minority of people who cause problems. Swansea are a bit less sure."

I simply don't have it in me to care that much about the open jacket policy, I suspect that we're far from the only club that has it How do you know it's never identified any misdemeanours?
-

Because I ask every steward who requests it….not one has ever discovered’ anything.

It’s Wales games that make me laugh, always asked to remove my bucket hat. One of these days I’ll forget I’ve left my brick of cocaine up there :hehe:

Well according to you there's 100's of overzealous stewards there so you've got plenty more to ask to get a more accurate idea :easy:
