Mind you, that was against Premier League Leeds Utd. Leeds would probably attract a reasonable crowd in the FA cup even if they were in the Championship. It was noticeable that we had nearly 6,000 more for the home league game against Leeds a year later when they were (obviously) in the Championship.

Against Leeds, who a lot of our fans consider a “rivalry” and who brought 7,000 away fans. It’s an outlier, much like your Luton fixture from 1994.
These are all our cup ties going back to the last time we got an attendance with 5 figures in the 17/18 season. What would you suggest is an accurate generalisation of our cup attendances? 5,000 or 20,000?
