What’s with the Giggs thing? He’s director of football at Salford, he’s involved there with his mates. No doubt well embedded in the Manchester scene. You’d imagine the advice from his co-owners, the Nevilles, Scholes, Beckham & Butt would be to swerve any move made by us.
He's being mentioned on forums and social media, only a matter of time before bookies consider him and give odds, even if just to make a few quid from punters.Quote:

Nathan Jones has made a managerial career out of creating sides that are hard to beat. His overall win %age is 42%, which is good, but he has drawn as many games as he has lost as a manager - 110 of each.

Most managers flop somewhere in their career.
Saints were on a downward spiral at the time of that particular appointment.
I really don’t know who would be a fit anymore - they are just trying to get lucky with an appointment.
I would take Jones as he is a known quantity at this level, this would be a career ambition of his to manage us.
It could just be that this time is right for us both.
Rowett and Mowbray (if well) would be solid choices too.
