Are the police above the law ?

It appears that after some pressure , the officer who suffocated george floyd who we agree was a convicted criminal , is being charged with murder

So either the law is the law and we all have to abide by the rules , or it isnt ?

They are two separate things. Not one person has condoned the actions of Derek Chauvin, but Floyd is viewed in two different lights, as being either a saint or a sinner.

it would seem only by you. none of us really care about his past, only how he was treated whilst in police custody.
