Well basically I'm wondering what's the greatest distance between 2 points that anyone has ever seen cardiff get beat at?
I'm currently in tromso Norway gearing up to watch a easy 2 nil defeat to Millwall but I also managed to watch cardiff get beat 1 nil by Blackburn on new years day 2023 from Antarctica. (11,031 miles apart)
How far does your embarresment extend?
5,822 miles.
Didn't someone (TBG?) watch us whilst on their travels in New Zealand? Not sure how that compares in distance to Antarctica though.
New Zealand is indeed further away from Cardiff than Antarctica and any other significant landmass. Admittedly, the world plotted on the Mercator projection, a projection that tends not to show the polar areas (as the points of the north and south poles would appear as wide as the equator), can be befuddling regarding distances - as well as the fact that the shortest route between two points on that projection is rarely described by a straight line.
I watched some of the World Cup whilst touring around NZ (and in Dunedin, the city furthest away from Cardiff) but I didn't watch City.
I visited the Jovian moon of IO thinking it was a good omen that we would beat
QPR 1 O. That was before we were on the end of a 6-1 hiding. It was a long journey home.
Thought this was a thread about North Cardiff Blue
