So… what’s your verdict TOBW ?
The thing is they are all guessing including Abandonato. They have no clue because no one actually in the know is saying anything
Schumaker or Seles
Without wishing to jinx it Seles would be my choice

Selles had something like an 11% win rate at Southampton.
Doesn't matter .We have RZA for the foreseeable future
How does he play? what type of football do they play?
There have been mitigating circumstances behind Selles’ pretty ordinary record in terms of results in management in the UK and I don’t think he should be ruled out of contention because he didn’t get great results at a Premier League club that was most people’s favourite to go down when he took over. Similarly, although his results haven’t been eye catching at Reading, every time I read anything about him it’s saying that he’s done a good job in trying conditions at that club.
Seles would be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. (But presumably with a bigger contract).
He has an interesting career history for a football manager:

Monica Seles?
We are very much a high press, high energy side with a focus on playing younger players who have the fitness to play that way. Very much based on passing rather than long ball. He likes his full backs to cut inside with the best passer in the side dropping back to control from deep.
He would be a gamble, one I'm not sure we should be taking at the moment.
Although, I'm interested in Pearcey's comments about a youthful team playing a high energy style (sic). That would be the polar opposite of the style Bulut's pedestrian Dad's Army was employing
