    Don’t tell Alex Neill

For the sky commentators who reckoned Ollie Tanner’s cross for the first goal was hit and hope, compare this one with Callum Robinson’s 1st on Saturday

Good move well executed by CR’s excellent movement and left foot.

I don't think the cross went anywhere near where he wanted it to, worked out OK though

    I disagree.
2 nearly identical goals scored within a month of each other??
the winger puts the ball into space in the box where Robinson moves away from the goal and the centre half allowing him to get his shot off back across goal. Both o dowda and Tanner put the ball into the area where Robinson could be effective.
If Tanner had just lumped it into the penalty area, I would agree it was hit and hope but I think the Riza era has seen us being a lot cuter with passes into the box.

I thought that it was a good ball in.
If it wasn’t Robinson wouldn’t have been able to do what he did.

Tanner deserves more respect on here!

    Agree with all of that.
