Big name glamor tie at home?
Or Millwall or Preston where we have a chance?
Exeter away
Spurs away but nailed on to be Preston
I'd take liverpool manu or man city home for the revenue.
The home Championship game against Burnley on 1st March will now be rescheduled. So, the FA Cup 5th round draw - Cardiff v Burnley.
The next shittest team at home. We can deal with the big boys in the semi finals......
Spurs away. Nearby, not been there yet and should get a decent allocation.
We’ll get Belgium, we always get fecking Belgium!
Fulham away. Easy to get to, big allocation, arguably winnable.
If not then Millwall since theyre the weakest opponent left in the cup (assuming Plymouth dont beat Liverpool). Home or away, not too fussed but if its at home I hope its 10 tickets and kids for a quid.
Liverpool home.
My worry is games in hand . We won't win the bloody thing
So go out to a full house against the lead leaders and champions league favourites.
Preston at home please
Man Utd away would be winnable, every other bugger’s winning there.
Of the 15 teams left in the cup (assuming todays results) I think more than half are tougher opponents than Fulham.
On paper Ipswich would be an easier draw but theyve had some convincing wins in the cup, whereas Fulham less so.
Likewise Burnley on paper would be easier but I think wed struggle a lot more to snatch a win against them compared to Fulham. Our attack is actually pretty strong, especially in recent months. But Burnleys defence is excellent, Id have more confidence in scoring against Fulham than Burnley.
Wed also be seen as an easy target to rest players against. I think Ipswich and Burnley would be more wary about playing the kids or reserves.
Ultimately Preston or Millwall at home would be easier games, but this thread is about who we want. I want to go to Anfield or Newcastle but I also know wed likely get torn apart. I want to go to Fulham because its a good away day, well take a good crowd and I dont think an upset is out of reach.
Liverpool at home for me.
Plymouth at home please.
