He had two months at the back end of last season when we had nothing to play for - none of our previous four managers ever had a season where we were not in relegation trouble or still hoping to go up as we entered March. Lennie Lawrence =175 games
Dave Jones = 325 games and he only played 10 academy players.
Malky = 125 games
Ole = 30 games
Russell = 79 games
Slade as only been in charge for 3 cup games at Cardiff so not had much chance of playing Academy players.
