Every argument you have made today has deviated from your original argument and gone off on a different course.
TOBW and myself have both clearly spelled out the concerns we have over Slade's management yet you choose to ignore our statements and presume that we are only against Slade cos he's not a big enough name or cos we think we should be running away with the league.
Neither accusations are true as far as I am concerned and I think it's fickle that people can change their minds from singing " Russell, do the ayatollah" to "sacked in the morning" in the space of 30 minutes.
I am consistent in my views of Slade. I think the football we were playing this time last year was appalling. I can't believe I witnessed us taking rugby style kick offs where three players stood on the right wing and the ball was lofted up I the air towards them.
The football has improved volumes since Trollope has replaced Kevin Nicholson but I do believe that Slade showed his limitations back then.
I 100% believe that if we hadn't sold all our forwards we'd still be playing a rigid 4-4-2.
