It's quite hard not to judge given the information so far so here are a couple of questions..
Why did you tell her that you were living elsewhere to start with?
Where was she living and where has she moved to?
If it's all so legit why haven't you spoken to your girlfriend about it?
Regardless of how she came to be there is she happy with her move?
Have you done this to anyone else? ie is this part of your job in any way?
If someone gives you their address are they likely to get a parcel of drugs sent to their house? (if not forget it)
Why did you choose to say you lived in Cardiff?
Why don't you just say to the girl that it didn't work out for you in Cardiff and you have moved back home for now. Just say you was embarrassed to say anything because you didn't want to look like a failure.

Also, answering several selected questions. I've found this forum in google by request "Cardiff city forum", i didn't even noticed it's about football, before i started this thread. I've chosen to say i'm living in Cardiff, cause i've got really great opinion on your city, and several years ago actually was thinking about moving to UK. So when i started to develop my fake identity, i decided something like "why not to say i've already did". But then i found a good job here, so stayed in Moscow. For now i've pretty much confessed to anyone i deceived that way... exept her, because reasons i've already explained. Something like that. A shitty story of a shitty life of a shitty moscow lier.
Doesn't need any help from that point, sorry for disturbing.
