its a bit like trying to shut the stable door after the horse as bolted , britain cannot cope with the influx of migrants at the rate they are coming in every year , the only option is to drastically reduce the numbers that are allowed to come in with far stricter controls. the truth is this government dont have a clue how many immigrants are over here legally or otherwise.

many immigrants have entered britain over the years, when controls were to put it mildly relaxed, there are thousands over here who have entered illegally and do not have proper documentation.

many immigrants are working for the minimum wage and below it as well , this as a direct effect on the standard of living of employees across the spectrum. companies have no incentive to raise wages when they know they can employ immigrants from abroad on far less money than their british counterparts. i have seen polish welders employed on 7 pound an hour when the going rate was ten pound an hour, this is just one example.

point been once again, that employing immigrant labour is far cheaper than employing a british national.to do the same job, supermarkets shops, engineering, jobs across the whole spectrum of society.
