The way I see it, they couldn't really use any data without admitting that they have collected the data to start with so he just opened the door for them to make it legal, how else were they going to tell us? Well I don't know, he seemed genuine but I know you have other ideas about him. Is he a sort of double-bluff?leaking it seems the obvious way.
