So the achievements of Spence at a far lower level than the first team are better than those of Ralls.
Good as Spence appears to be, he's still got a lot to do to avoid being one of many who star at youth level but never make the grade...

I'm pretty sure the younger age groups have their own awards. Young player of the year is for the first team, surely.
Laughably, Tom Heaton was twenty five when he won City Young Player of the Year, so there's plenty of time yet for Joe Ralls.
