I'll never forgive and never forget, and that goes for some of the fans as much as the owner. As for the love affair with the club, I'm 100% certain that is over, but I'm also pretty sure I'll actively support City again at some point in the future after Tan has gone.

So an apology would still be wasted on you anyway
