You just get the feeling that if he wasn’t manager he’d be in the stands getting behind his team ( even if it’s not us) himself.
A lot of players, managers etc.. say this sort of thing, but with Warnock it just feels so genuine.
He always used to say how much he loved coming down here and that he’d love to manage us.
He’s a rare breed, loved virtually everywhere he’s managed, hated by everyone else.
We have been so, so lucky to have had him in charge here. Match made in heaven
