Still Cameron for me, but it's very close - the last three have all been prime candidates.
I'd go with
#1 Blair War Criminal
#2 T May
Brown by a country mile ,followed by May.
Strangely neither initially voted in by the public, and got the job uncontested.
I'm guessing these PM's are patsy leaders.
Wished John Smith would have had a chance .
I didn't totally dislike Blair , just his Iraq position .
May has achieved nothing that she apparently set out to do.
Cameron. So cowardly. Followed by May.
She got the snoopers charter passd into law.
Wouldn't it be ironic if she was in some way involved in the alledged illegal surveillance of President Donald Trump. At least the matter is going to be discussed when they meet, and Trump will most likely have some documentary evidence with him.
As I mentioned earlier, Brown is a candidate, but how people can rate him as worse than the two who succeeded him is beyond me.
Plenty to choose from:
Lord North, Spencer Percival, Duke of Wellington, Arthur Balfour, Ramsey MacDonald, Neville Chamberlaine, Anthony Eden, Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair, David Cameron and Theresa May.
What is the main factor? Incompetence or malevolence? Cameron and May didn't directly kill or starve many (though some) unlike many others on the list, but given the circumstances of their premierships I have them neck and neck as the worst ever.
Brown, (That awful woman!) Neville Chamberlain (peace in our time!) Callaghan (Crisis? What Crisis?) not necessarily in that order.
Do recall 3 major financial decsions that some say were wrong :
Selling of gold.
10p tax moment.
Pension grab .
However I did like his
( awful women moment ) as he was right.
And thankfully he kept us out of the Euro, or was that our super Tony, what a wise choice .
