Some days ago Mr Drakeford commented on seeing people socialising in the park whilst "Riding my bike through the park to go to my allotment." just after he had announced that exercise (including cycling) should be local and start and end at home.
(From where he lives there is a fair chance the park in question was either Llandaff fields or Pontcanna fields or both)
