Cardiff City are , for the people of cardiff , Barry, bridgend , and most of the valleys , the main existing football league team , not ton Pentre, porth etc

And for the city of Swansea and west Wales, swansea city , not Llanelli or carmarthen Town, are the nearest league club

Supporting your local team in general means supporting your local league team

So for most of south Wales cardiff city should be the team to support and many people from the area will watch their local non league team and cardiff city .......porth every other Saturday, the bluebirds in-between

In cornwall , the nearest league team is Plymouth but locals will still have bodmin town or Truro as their non league team

The people I am talking about is the thousands of people all over the country who not only ignore their local league team in this case cardiff city but they support Liverpool and man united, its completely different

And often the following Saturday cheer on wales against England in the rugby

Over the years I have supported cardiff city these plastic armchair fans are a constant source of debate

The only way for cardiff city to really grow is to get into the top flight and stay there

But its a league whose set up I don't like as I think it has ruined football

Its a difficult one
With the utmost respect...

What a pile of bollocks riddled with inconsistencies, judgemental values and sprinkled with romantic notions.

Advocating City are some bastions of the South Wales area is now laughable when the club ripped up their own traditions, heritage and culture on the whim of the owner. More disturbing for some was the majority of supporters “went for it.”

Trying to make City out to be like Athletic Bilbao has made my morning.
