I am still struggling a bit with the point you are trying to make. In your latest example from 5 years ago where one of George Galloway's cronies was prosecuted there was nothing to suggest the UK electoral system was open to significant abuse. Are you arguing that some of the 13,966,451 votes cast for the Conservative Party could have taken advantage of our flawed electoral system?
In any event what has any of this to do with the President of the United States encouraging people in North Carolina to break the law by voting by postal ballot and then turning up in person to do it again?
