In a televised match when he was playing for Man U he was tackled and fell down holding his face, then stopped and looked up to see if the ref was watching. When he saw that he wasn't he started to roll around and moan again until the ref saw and he got a free kick.
10 minutes later in the same game he had a free kick given against him and as the opposition were about to kick he ran up and remonstrated so the ref intervened. As the ref walked away Ronaldo kicked the free kick taker in the back of his leg, just out of malice.
Ronaldo left Man Utd 11 years ago, if you're having to bring up examples from then he's probably not that bad. And no matter what you think of him no one can deny he's an excellent example of how to wring every single ounce out of your talent
