Agreed, a lot of people were critical of that survey from a few months ago which placed City as among the worst of the ninety two when it came to things like customer care and keeping fans abreast of developments at the club. The rating did seem harsh, but things like this and the lack of access regarding season ticket renewal for supporters (especially those without access to a computer) makes you think they may have had a point.
The club needs to say something, and WalesOnline haven't posted anything either. It's really odd and you'd think a good story for WOL!
