Logic would indicate the issue is we appear to be overwhelmingly reliant upon a single agency for sourcing players rather than any inherent problem within the agency structure per se.

If the "transfer committee" approach is "Do USG have a player? If yes, get them else look elsewhere" then that is an area of concern.
