Were the US and UK ever held accountable for their many, many war crimes and illegal invasion of Iraq?

Let's not even get started on NATO allies such as Saudi and Israel, one of which has killed an estimated 377,000 people in Yemen (estimated to reach 1.3 million if the bombing continues until 2030) and the other is an apartheid state that regularly murders civilians, including children.

Just collateral damage though, eh?
accountable -

1.
required or expected to justify actions or decisions; responsible.
2.
able to be explained or understood.

Both the UK and US were investigated for Iraq war crimes, you can google the results, the same for Afghanistan

not sure on the point you are taking about the US and use of cluster bombs ? ? ? just because the US have reversed a ban, doesn't make it right that Putin currently use them ,I guess its just a classic case of whataboutism

So NATO are responsible to NATO Allies now, maybe we can blame to UK for BAE manufactured equipment being used around the world aswell

The point I was making, while the UK / US / NATO are accountable for actions ( and you only have to google that ), Putin doesn't care and is just sticking his 2 fingers up to the west / world
