The aggresive begging going on in Merthyr this last 12-18 months is not pretty and they are not homeless either, they are being housed in several hotels and B&Bs around the town.

I no longer give them any spare change, id rather give to a foodbank. Help people who are struggling whilst still trying to give life a go.
