I think if we could sign somebody on loan with a fee we would be able to afford the fee asked for Kieffer Moore. You don't. Your figures don't prove it though. If anything they prove that we could afford it. Should Tan want to or be able to pay it.

He's now a Premier League player and played the full 90 minutes for Bournemouth in their last game ten days ago. The chances of him coming back here now are absolute zero. End of story.

Your figures show around £25 million debt over two years leaving around £14 million using the figures you provided. Even if the loan fee was say a million we'd still be comfortably under £39m. Remember I didn't say we would sign him outright.

It turns out Pedro was talking about a permanent deal when I said approach Bournemouth to loan Moore anyway. I'm the one who purposely misinterpreted it though apparently, despite it being my initial post that mention Moore and offering to loan him.
