There were reports that people were killed in car crashes but because 20 - 28 days earlier they had tested positive does not mean they died from Covid.

I lost a close family friend during the early days of the pandemic, so I'm not being glib.

Or am I missing something?
The part where he said the tests were manipulated *and* fake, I'm guessing.

Also calling it a "fake PCR pandemic".

A lot of Organ Morgan's stuff comes close to what a lot of people would find reprehensible but he gets a let off because it's just another day, another riff on a conspiracy.

Saying covid deaths were manipulated and faked is surely not acceptable (even in the context of what you said above)?
