Thats not Vincent Tans fault. Its the managers job to make sure players know their roles.

They're grown men though, not 5 year olds.

I think Philogene is easily our most creative player. I'd play him in an advanced role, possibly just behind the front two if fit. I don't see the lad in training every day.

Tan could sack every employee at the club tomorrow and replace them. He and his board picked the manager who assembled the squad. Of course it is on Tan if that doesn't work.

If you had a leak in the bathroom and employed somebody with no experience in plumbing and he made it ten times worse would that be your fault or the sap who had tried to fix it?
