The First Minister was accused by the Scottish Tories of not utilising Barnett Consequentials from Westminster designated for the NHS and instead spending it elsewhere.

Clearly, the dancing nurses , doorstep clapping , save the NHS slogans etc was just pure propaganda

Now it’s onto climate change they can’t even offer them a decent wage.
