Wales face hosts Hungary in their first appearance in the finals of major tournament at age group level for forty one years tonight when their Under 17s, featuring a healthy representation from Cardiff City, kick off at 7 o clock.
I'm sure the game will be streamed somewhere - anyone got a link?

Saw the itinery for this yesterday. I didn't realise there were more staff than players going.
Wouldn't shock me if that was the case for every international squad once you factor in coaches, media, physios, officials etc. This squad is also smaller than the usual senior squad
Lots of City representation, 7 current players as well as Biancheri & Crew. Add in Swansea's Morgan and you've got 10 players who spent at least some time in our academy (that we know of!)
That's tonight's viewing sorted then.
We're up there with Barcelona! https://twitter.com/FTalentScout/sta...97140972302337

City's Josh Beecher, Dylan Lawlor & Troy Perrett start alongside the poached duo of Crew & Biancheri
Big test for them tonight against the hosts, Poland beat Ireland 5-1 in the group opener earlier. Poland are a very good side, beat England and Belgium 5-0 in the past year
0-0 after half an hour, two great chances for Wales
Fantastic atmosphere from the hosts, real test this
We should be ahead, missed a great headed chance and we’ve hit the post.
The three City lads doing well.
1-0 Hungary, that's what happens when you don't take your chances! Wales completely on top and going in 1-0 down
1-0 to Hungary against the run of play - deflected shot. They’re the bigger and more powerful side, but we look more talented.
Agree about our front three though, we’re not sharp enough up front and it was similar in the Elite qualifying round.
Second half not sounding so promising 🥲
Finished 3-0, Wales were competitive, but had no cutting edge.

Cardiff's Luke Armstrong, Luey Giles, Dylan Lawlor, Cody Twose & Troy Perrett starting against Ireland.
Just gone 1 down to a twice taken and twice saved pelanty, second one scored on the rebound
2-0: this could get quite messy.
Ended 3-0. Fair to say this tournament has been a bit of a disappointment, still a great achievement to qualify and hopefully this is a good learning experience
