The court of public opinion seems to say no irrespective of the courts which seems slightly odd to me. You either believe in the court system or you don't. Surely that is the issue. Whether we like the bloke or not is irrelevant.

So long as he was banging in the goals and we didn't have to endure the crap we have to put up with for the last couple of seasons.
