That is a good point

Bulut believes that his and Pep's approach of calling players out works better than Sir Alex approach of keeping it in the dressing room, there are good and bad examples of both, time will tell how good Bulut actually is?

Personally, I think modern players need a kick up the arse and prefer the Buluts approach to Hudson's arm round the shoulder and a poor response from the players, but that's personal choice.

Colwill is loved by the fans but four or five Managers have not regularly selected him, he obviously has talent, so why is he not a first-team regular?
