Interesting to note that Mckay is liable for CCFC legal costs consequent upon his non-compliance with requirement to produce all emails etc relating to the transfer. I'm no expert here but it's difficult to see the club getting anything out of him when this is all over. Perhaps he will end up in bankruptcy once again.
McKay`s bigger problem if he doesn`t comply with the requirement to produce all the electronic and physical data requested is less the financial implications for him re costs, but more the fact that he could be held liable under a criminal charge for contempt of court.
