I’m not joining the discussion. I’m merely suggesting this ****ing shit should be on the other board where it belongs.

Everyone in business falsifies their accounts.

And they should go to jail too. Why should I pay PAYE tax on every pound I earn (over the PA) whilst businesses fiddle their accounts.

How the court could come to that conclusion is unbelievable. Also, that conviction was using Federal Law in a State Law court, so the court has overreached its authority. This conviction won't last 5 minutes in the appeal court and will be thrown out with the rubbish and hopefully the same will happen to the rest of the democratic swamp come November
Maybe if you knew what were talking about you might find it easier to understand.

Without these ridiculous cases I think biden wipes the floor with trump, after these rabid democrat prosecutors habe had their days in court I think the election result is more up in the air.

I hope trump doesn't get elected, but if he does. I hope he goes after some of these people, they're even worse than he is.
What he did is considered fraud so it's hardly ridiculous. The issue is his defensive team who had an open goal but managed to put their shot wide. They opted to go after the witnesses and make out everyone else was lying, which I suspect is what they were directed to do by the Orange Manboy, when they should have cast reasonable doubt that Trump authorised the payments or challenged what the payments were for.

I'd also like to think a jury in a largely democratic state could find a republican innocent whereas I highly doubt a largely republican state would find a democat innocent.

I used to think the same. I used to think trumps ' they're out to get me' schtick was ridiculous. But the last couple of years have kinda shown they are out to get him. I hope trump goes down for the events at the capitol and I hope biden wins. But if trump does win I hope he absolutely goes after Bragg, willis, their families and supporters. What I'd really love to see is a biden win, and Bragg and willis ending up in ditches at some stage

What you're failing to see is that there are myriad red states that would love to go after Biden in the same way. But they have one problem - Biden hasn't committed any felonies (to our knowledge) ...

Democracy needs defending. It needs defending when trump and his idiots cry 'lock her up'. But it needs defending even more when rabid prosecutor's actually try to interfere with democracy via the judicial system. Why could these scumbags not just sit back and let the FBI and federal courts take him down for what he caused at the capitol. He'll appeal this and get away Scott free(as he probably should), and it will give him a boost for the election and make it harder for them to actually get him for the events at the capitol, that he deserves to go away for .

Sorry you are deluded if you think he had nothing to do with the 6th.

It's funny how they go after trump but don't go after hunter bidens laptop etc etc etc. Anyone who thinks biden and Hillary are any better than the orange one are deluded.

I think there are definitely many within those states who'd love to go after biden in the same way, but they never actually have gone after the democrats yet in the way these prosecutors are going after trump. So far it's only these rabid fringe democrats who have decided to break the mould at present. Trump and his antics should be something that starts to fade into memory, unfortunately the likes of Bragg and willis seem determined to follow his lead and turn the states into a banana republic
