Team news
Page handed out five debuts in midweek - Charlie Crew, Fin Stevens, Jay Dasilva, Lewis Koumas and Tom King all made their senior bows - but expect the likes of Ethan Ampadu, Kieffer Moore, Daniel James and Brennan Johnson to return to the starting XI this evening.
What has Rob Page said?
Page said: “We were disappointed with the Gibraltar game but we must move forward.
“We’ll put it right and go again on Sunday. It’s another friendly and it is what it is from a selection point of view.
“The lads are on the back of three weeks off, so it was unrealistic to start with our strongest team for the two games.
“That’s the reason we picked that team to play Gibraltar because we want to expose some of the younger players to international football

Page could be even more unpopular than Bulut.
Captain Ampadu speaks! I know a lot of people on here hate him, but I thought it was a decent first attempt. Now let's see him translate his words into action on the pitch.

A Welsh fan on his stag do is mascot tonight and leading out the team 🙂
People don’t hate him, my guess is that they react to you championing him since the age of around fifteen as if Wales had a player whose career would put Gareth Bale’s in the shade - I thought he had a very good regular season, but was quite error prone in the Play Offs.
Pleased to see him get the captaincy, it should be the first of many caps he’ll gain in the role.
Being chosen to captain Wales at 23 is a pretty good achievement. Most of the youngsters we all champion don't even make it in the pro game, and don't forget Bale's early career wasn't all that smooth. Ampadu is still fairly young for his position, so he still has time to bloom. My one regret was not sticking a £100 on him becoming the captain of Wales when he was 15![]()
