The chevron adds nothing to the design. Just makes the upper chest area look cluttered and unbalanced.. Looks tight around the neck. Badge is a significant improvement at last. I'd like to see the real thing before passing full judgement though.

I preferred the kit we had when Chopra was around - with the yellow in it as well as the blue and white. A red stripe on it would be nice as well. This kit looks distinctly just two tone, not a fan - not that it matters as I dont buy kit any more and my son has stopped going. Last season apart from a couple of games he and his mates were bored watch the dross on offer.

A pair of nipple covers for the badge and NB logo would be a distinct improvement.

that being said the circular 'bluebird' badge is a welcome change from the red bordered crest with the red ragworm on the bottom, a definite improvement..

regardless, I don't buy replica kits anymore so this is not an issue for me, for those that do have at it..

I might buy it at the end of the season when it's on sale at a reasonable price.

    No, that was Wayne Rooney.

A riverside style kit could be cool. Maybe we could have changed to an amber and brown home kit for this season?

Might appeal to the Asian market

The club would be stupid not to release a limited run Riverside shirt and wear it in a one off game.

think they said the same about red

The classic badge but I think it would be better being a wee shade darker to match the shirt colour.

Wonder what the away kit will be like?
Will it also celebrate the 125 years or will Tan go full out red, fire and passion, and the regular worm badge?

I don't think different badges for home and away is allowed.

A straightforward design with a proper classic City badge. Fair play to the club.

Reading that link, since when has Robin Friday been a City Legend and deemed worthy to be mentioned in the same sentence as Phil Dwyer and Brian Clark ?
