The TWO TIER KIER was mentioned because the facts as of today suggest that a rioter who was simply at the event was jailed and yet a thug ( regardless of race) is still awaiting trial for smashing a female police officers face. Emergency courts are part of our legal system .....poll tax riots , miners strike etc .......hundreds and hundreds were arrested on serious charges and many have got lighter sentences because they are all over cctv and pleaded guilty to avoid 4 , 5 year stretches

Assaulting a copper is probably going to get those at Manchester airport 6 months tops but that's because those will be the sentencing guidelines
