    None off 2..........

    Re: GLAMMY

Amazing! I looked at the weather and the chances of completing even a 20 over game seemed very slim

    Re: GLAMMY

    23 off 4, we’ve got a chance.

    Re: GLAMMY

One more win and we’ll keep the trophy.

    Bloody hell they've done it!

    Re: GLAMMY

    Brilliant.
Archie Vaughan gave it a damn good go for a while, but it always looked like a decent target

Hope Sky show the whole game this afternoon.

It’s started raining pretty hard now apparently and I was surprised that the commentators did not mention that Glamorgan were having to bowl with a wet ball, but Gorvin, McIlroy and Douthwaite kept their nerve.

    Re: GLAMMY

Great stuff. Dickson was the crucial wicket. A very good win and a trophy!

    Re: GLAMMY

Ironic that we had a pretty poor season in the County Championship and Blast but still win a trophy.

Somerset have had an excellent season and end up.with nothing.

A fantastic 19th over by McIlroy

    Re: GLAMMY

What an excellent decision to play a 20 over game. Unusual common sense but a decision proved right by the fact that it is now pouring!

    Re: GLAMMY

    A couple of things.
The Somerset commentator on Five Live said the difference between the two sides was that Glammy played their T20 side and Somerset played their 50 over team. Sour grapes and untrue. That was our 50 over team.. Cooke and Crane would have played if it was our T20 team

A word on Chris Cooke. Our longest standing player and terrific for us in over a decade. He has missed out on both our trophy winning seasons since being at the club.

And not having much to show for his missing out as he barely plays in The 100. Theres always sour grapes in Somerset they are insufferable.

We had the chance to bat as if it was a T20 game because they put us into bat. They could have batted first and had the same opportunity.
We had 4 batsmen who made excellent contributions, whilst they just had 3.
    Definitely sour grapes.

Great win, excellent batting and bowling in the conditions

Glamorgan’s final game of the season is shaping up to be a wash out, play has not started yet on the second scheduled day of their match with Gloucestershire.

An easy question for Glamorgan supporters, which player from the club has been voted into the County Championship team of the season the BBC sports website?

    Must be Mr. Northeast.
Though Timm Van der Gugten has made some vital contributions with bat and ball.
