Omer Riza appointed - CONFIRMED

So I did say few weeks back Tan was giving @CardiffCityFC job to Riza for rest of season, with Bilic there as Jan back-up should it go wrong. I don't know why announcement has been delayed this long, I'm not sure it's the right call, but guess we hv to back Omer as it's happening

Bilic in January if it goes wrong? So they've got some sort of agreement with him that if they sack the manager they're allegedly about to appoint in less than a month he'll take over? I can't see that.
