I can understand the reaction from some, but I hope he does well.

The first manager to show some genuine attacking intent in years - an under him we are already a mid table team when we looked completely sunk without a trace under Bulut.

There's still obvious areas we can improve as well.

Results have been mixed - and we've been a bit unlucky at times lately (although we did have some good luck when we had a good run too)

Hopefully this stability can allow us to kick on even further - adding to the coaching staff would seem like a good idea. and of course if there's a way to strengthen a couple of positions in January that wouldn't hurt either.

Another positive is he's willing to play some of the younger talents - Colwill, Robertson, Tanner and Bagan have had some decent game time - Ashford and Reindorf some bench time. Etete and Davies still to come back.
That's as positive a picture as we have had in terms of the future of the club in some time - throw in Fish and Daland at centre back and some of the other youngsters on the finges too
