The sneering, dismissive attitude some Cardiff City supporters have towards the Trust and the other fans organisations would be disappointing if it wasn't so tediously predictable.

The fact of the matter is that supporters' groups have saved a number of high-profile British professional football clubs in the not-too-distant past. Clubs such as Brighton, Bournemouth, Luton, Swansea and Wrexham probably wouldn't exist now if their fans hadn't got themselves organised and done whatever was necessary when they were in trouble.

That means nothing to certain individuals, though. They'd much rather criticise and sneer at the fans who do get involved than ever do anything constructive themselves.
