According to boring old NASA the ISS's current crew is made up of four Americans (the ones in the AI shoot) and three Russians. Presumably the Russians are currently colluding (naughty word) along with the 20 other countries who have contributed astronauts to the mission.

Alternatively of course, these people could actually be in space in an actual space station. The one that hundreds of thousands of people on Earth spend time tracking with their astronomical equipment. If so, why they would go to the trouble to fake up a video rather than just do a real one is anyone's guess!
