Cardiff council and due diligence now that’s two phrases that don’t go together. Sam was in with Goodwage, all rosey then he lost his seat. Was it Berman who took over then? Strangely refusing SH permission he needed but instead giving it to his taffia mates at PMG who were more than happy to reap those rewards with Ridsdale….cue a financial melt. Who knows what really went down but from what I heard via people I know who worked high up the council, not SH or his mob, it wasn’t very transparent
