There was footage last night of one clown spilling a load of drink while trying to carry four five large jugs back to his table. I presume he'd had to go elsewhere to get it as he wasn't a staff member providing table service.

I saw that. I'm not sure they'd encourage table service in any case - darts crowds can be "lively" enough to say the least....

I think it's as much the pressure of knowing that he needs to hit his doubles to have a chance. That adds pressure. Now he's won a set, he can relax a bit for the last 2 sets.

I think Littler wins this comfortably, 7-2 or 7-3.

I hope it’s a thriller and it could be, but I reckon Littler would probably have to buckle for that to happen and I can’t see him doing so.

Littler is 4/11 with the bookies. That feels about right.
