If you want to be a top level football coach / manager you really shouldn’t be reading social media and you need to develop a thicker skin.
On here you see a poster making a point , somebody disagrees and then it develops, quite a few of the regular posters seem to take umbrage if you have the temerity to disagree with them and keep going until they think they’ve “won”. Riza seems to be adopting that approach in his media interviews and that won’t end well.
He is in a high profile role and needs to ignore social media , it certainly looks like it has taken its toll on him from his appearance. As also already mentioned maybe reading comments is also affecting what sometimes seems to be very haphazard team selections and substitutions
